A technologist and founder-builder from Hong Kong. I sit beside founders and build with them, I share what I learn, and I take the stage to make technology make sense.

At four years old, a computer was the first thing in my life I could actually control. Everything else was a goal someone else had set for me. That feeling, agency, is the truest thing tech ever gave me, and it is the thing I have spent my life handing to other people.
I started simply, as the friend who did tech support. A conversation of help turned into a job opportunity right out of school, and that was the game-changer. I have been that person ever since, now helping people into the age of AI.
I walked away from a degree partway through. Not as a flex, but because the door I was being pushed through felt broken. The opportunities in front of me mattered more than hand-writing code for an exam.
The broken door I walked away from is the one I now build for others.
That is the whole shape of it. I co-founded BSD Education, which has now reached close to 500,000 young people across 58 countries. I build companies at Collective Global, sitting shoulder to shoulder with founders — every engagement we run, I'm in the room. Along the way, the World Economic Forum named me a Global Shaper. And I keep teaching, because the gift is always the same: belief, and a real increase in capability.
What I want, in the end, is to have been the node in a thousand founders' stories. The one who handed them the controls.
