Why founders fear the build
Most non-technical founders aren’t afraid of technology. They’re afraid of not having the controls. Of handing their vision to an agency that charges a fortune, or to a partner who holds all the keys.
What I do is simple to say and hard to fake: I sit beside them and we build it together. Not advice from a distance. Hands in the work, real engineering, until they can feel the thing taking shape under their own direction.
Belief and a capability increase. That’s worth more than money can buy.
The fear goes away the moment they realise they don’t have to depend on anyone to understand their own company. Capability over dependency, every time.
